According to recent research, 30% of training expenditure goes to training consultancies. In government agencies, and business services sector, about 80% of the budget goes to consultants. It was also discovered that 60% of the organizations outsource custom content development, which in turn, results in significant cost savings. The research shows that the cost of custom content development has been reduced to 50% from 30% in the last few years. To save cost, companies are now outsourcing other functions like learning management systems (LMS), training administration, etc as well.
